REBATE: 2026 Founders Favorites FN Rebate

This page allows you to submit a new electronic rebate application, or view the status of an existing one.

To submit a new rebate application, please follow the STEPS (1-5) below to enter all required information, upload proof of purchase, and submit it using this online form.

1. Fill in the purchase and rebate information fields. Please note that a valid Serial Number is required. On firearms, the number is usually stamped somewhere on the receiver.

2. Upload images of your proof of purchase (sales receipts) by scanning or taking digital photos of them. A maximum of 4 images may be uploaded. Please only upload as few as possible, and AVOID UPLOADING UNNECESSARY IMAGES! We only need to see the receipt itself; not the rebate application form, promotion flyers, advertisements, coupons, duplicates of the same image, photos of the product or the box or the labels, etc. Make sure the text is readable, and the receipt DATE is visible. This is critical to avoid rebate denial. Images must be in the .jpg (.jpeg), .bmp, .png, .gif, or .pdf format only. Max file size is 10MB, but PLEASE TRY TO AVOID UPLOAING FILES LARGER THAN 5MB if you can.

3. Check the OPT-IN/OUT box for your preference to receive promotional emails.

4. Complete the security check to confirm you are a live person, not an automated robot. This step will not be visible if you are viewing a rebate that has already been submitted.

5. Click the 'SUBMIT' button at the bottom of the page. Please wait a few seconds for the submit to finish. You will then see a confirmation page showing your confirmation code.

If viewing a previously submitted rebate then you can modify the existing information only IF the current Status value is 'SUBMITTED' or 'Denied'. Once the Status becomes 'Received', 'Processing', 'Processed', or 'Completed' then changes are no longer permitted.

PLEASE NOTE: The state of California does not currently allow us to accept requests for any YOUTH rebate programs.

STEP 2: UPLOAD proof of purchase, and any required signatures

Required information includes:

(1) A copy of your original sales receipt showing dealer, date, product number, serial number, and price of purchase. At least one image (of receipt) MUST be uploaded, otherwise you will not be able to submit this application. A maximum of 4 images may be uploaded. Please upload as few as possible, and AVOID UPLOADING UNNECESSARY IMAGES! We only need to see the receipt itself, not the rebate application form, promotion flyers, advertisements, coupons, duplicates of the same image, etc.

(2) Any required signatures from parent/guardian and/or coach (only required for certain rebate programs such as 4-H, AIM, SCTP youth shooting, etc.). Please refer to your rebate program details to see if it requires signatures.

HOW TO UPLOAD IMAGES:

(1) Scan or take a digital photograph of your sales receipts, and any signature forms (if required). Save the image file(s) to a location accessible to the device you are using to access this website (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, smart phone, etc.).

(2) Please VIEW your images before uploading them! Make sure the text they contain is clear and legible (if you can't read it then we can't either). Also make sure the receipt DATE is visible. This is critical to avoid rebate denial!

(3) Click 'Choose files' and select your receipt image files. Multiple files can be selected at once, or you can repeat this step for each individual file. A maximum of 4 images may be uploaded.

NOTE: Image files must be in the .jpg (.jpeg), .bmp, .png, .gif, or .pdf format only. Max size per file is 10MB, but PLEASE TRY TO AVOID UPLOADING FILES LARGER THAN 5MB if you can. Max number of file uploads allowed per rebate is 4. But please only upload 1 if you can.
